BRIDAL SAMPLE SALE FAQ

When is the Sample Sale?

Our Wedding Dress Sample Sale is happening May 16–17 at Silk Bridal Easton, located at 657 N 13th St, Suite C101, Easton, PA 18042.

How long is my appointment?

Each bride will have a 1-hour appointment to shop, try on gowns, and make a decision.

Because we are fully booked, appointments will need to start and end on time. Please arrive promptly, as late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. Appointments cannot be extended past their scheduled end time.

How many guests can I bring?

Each bride may bring no more than 3 guests to her appointment. Because we are fully booked for this sale and appointments must stay on time, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. It will be standing room only.

What kind of dresses will be available?

There will be over a hundred wedding dresses available during the sale. Gowns are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the price range?

Sample sale wedding dresses will be priced from $99–$1,499, with gowns up to 70% off.

Can I take my dress home the same day?

Yes. Sample sale gowns are take-home same day, which makes this a great option for brides with a shorter timeline or anyone ready to find their dress now.

Are the gowns new?

Sample sale gowns are boutique samples. They have been tried on in store but have not been worn for a wedding. Some gowns may have signs of wear, imperfections, or damage, such as light marks, loose beading, missing buttons, or small repairs needed.

Are dresses sold as-is?

Yes. All sample sale gowns are sold as-is and off the rack. They cannot be reordered in a different size, color, or customization. Please note that sample gowns may have signs of wear, imperfections, or damage, and the sample sale discount reflects the condition of the gown.

Are alterations included?

No. Alterations, cleaning, steaming, and repairs are not included in the sample sale price. Brides are responsible for any tailoring or gown care needed after purchase.

How many dresses can I try on at one time?

To keep appointments running smoothly, brides may have no more than 2 dresses in the fitting room at one time.

Can I hold dresses while I keep shopping?

No. Because inventory is limited and this is a fully booked event, we are unable to allow dress hoarding or holding multiple gowns. Please be considerate of other brides shopping the sale. If you are not actively trying on or seriously considering a gown, it must be returned to the sale floor.

Can I put a dress on hold?

No. Sample sale gowns cannot be placed on hold. Inventory is limited, so please come prepared to make a decision if you find the one.

Are all sales final?

Yes. All sample sale purchases are final sale. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits.

Do I need to pay in full?

Yes. Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

Will accessories be included in the sale?

Yes, there will be deals and bundles on accessories and more during the event.

What should I bring?

Please bring any undergarments you would like to wear while trying on gowns, along with the people whose opinions matter most. We recommend knowing your budget, keeping your group focused, and coming ready to say yes.

What if I’m late?

Because we are fully booked and each appointment is only 1 hour, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. Appointments cannot be extended past their scheduled end time.

How should I prepare?

Come with an open mind, a clear budget, and your decision-makers. Sample sale gowns sell quickly, and once a gown is gone, it’s gone.
