Covid-19 Protocol- Updated 8/19/2020
We will be open by appointment only. We cannot allow walk-ins for browsing or try-on. We ask that even if you are just picking up an accessory, that you give us advance notice.
We are asking that brides respect a 3-adult guest maximum for complimentary bridal appointments, 2 guest maximum for meet the gown and 1 guest limit for alterations. We are happy to include additional guests virtually over Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet etc. We recommend that elderly guests attend virtually and that children under 13 are not brought to the appointment.
Masks are required in store for brides, and guests. If anyone is not comfortable wearing a mask, we ask that they are included virtually over FaceTime or Zoom. Masks must be worn through the appointment.
To follow PA guidelines, our Stylists will be by your side throughout your entire appointment, but they will not be helping you dress in the fitting room. One of your guests can assist you in the fitting room.
PA is asking us to “encourage customers to touch only products they will be buying.” We know in our business it is not possible to “only touch products you will be buying”, but we do legitimately need to reduce the number of dresses tried on and we ask that only brides who are serious about purchasing book appointments at this time.
We kindly ask that your guests stay seated in the seating area that we have mapped out to keep a 6’ distance and that they do not browse dresses while you are changing.
We respectfully ask that brides are intentional with their shopping. We will have a limited capacity of brides that we can work with compared to normal and we always expect to be fully booked. We need to make sure we can accommodate brides with immediate needs and who are serious about making a purchase. Every interaction we have potentially affects our health, so want to make sure all interactions are meaningful.
When you arrive for your appointment, you may come directly into the salon.
We will have hand sanitizer in the front of the store and kindly ask that you use them when you arrive. We will also have hand sanitizer in all fitting rooms, and in other areas of the store.
We will have extra time between appointments to thoroughly clean each fitting room (including clips and all dresses tried on), the bathroom, and front desk.
If you or any of your guests are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have potentially been exposed to COVID-19, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment, or ask said guests to stay home.
